Creamy Chicken and Broccoli Pasta

Instructions:
In a large pot, boil water and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat.
Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken from the skillet.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add broccoli florets and a splash of chicken broth. Cover and steam until broccoli is tender.
Add heavy cream and remaining chicken broth to the skillet.
Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Let the sauce simmer until slightly thickened.
Add the cooked pasta and chicken back into the skillet, tossing everything together until coated evenly.
Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve warm, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese if desired. Enjoy!
