Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet.
In a bowl, mix together the crabmeat, breadcrumbs, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, parsley, and Old Bay seasoning.
Stuff the mushroom caps with the crab mixture and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Sprinkle the tops with Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden. Serve hot.
Tip: Use a small spoon or melon baller to easily stuff the mushrooms.
