Crab Rangoon Egg Rolls

One of my favorite appetizers is crab rangoon—I love the creamy filling and crispy fried texture. To make it a bit healthier, I decided to swap wonton wrappers for egg rolls, and the result was delicious!

Ingredients

  • ½ lb cooked crab meat, flaked

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 3 green onions, finely chopped

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • 1-2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 8 egg roll wrappers

  • Oil for frying
