Instructions:

1. Whip the Cream

In a large bowl, whip the heavy creampowdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

2. Prepare the Mascarpone Mixture

In a separate bowl, smooth out the mascarpone cheese with a spatula. Then, gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.

3. Dip the Ladyfingers

Mix the cooled coffee and coffee liqueur (if using). Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the mixture—just a second or two per side (don’t soak, or they’ll get soggy!).

4. Layer the Tiramisu

  • Arrange a layer of dipped ladyfingers in a dish (8×8″ or similar).

  • Spread half the mascarpone cream evenly over the top.

  • Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers, followed by the remaining cream.

5. Chill & Serve

  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight for best results).

  • Before serving, dust with cocoa powder and top with dark chocolate shavings (if using).

  • Slice and enjoy!
