Ingredients:
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (try them in this fresh salad!)
• ½ red onion, sliced
• ¼ cup Kalamata olives
• ¼ cup green olives
• ½ cup feta cheese, cubed
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
• ¼ tsp dried oregano
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
