Instructions:
Preheat oven: Set your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the dough: Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle and cut into 1-inch bite-sized pieces.
Boil pretzel bites: Bring water and baking soda to a boil in a large pot. Drop dough pieces in batches for 30 seconds, then remove with a slotted spoon and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake: Bake the bites for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown.
Coat with cinnamon sugar: In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. Brush each baked bite with melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Serve: Enjoy warm, optionally with a sweet dipping sauce!
