Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust:
    • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
    • In a bowl, mix flour, butter, brown sugar, and pecans until crumbly. Press evenly into the dish.
    • Bake for 15 minutes until golden. Cool completely.
  2. Make the Cream Cheese Layer:
    • Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup Cool Whip.
    • Spread over the cooled crust.
  3. Prepare the Pudding Layer:
    • Whisk both pudding mixes with milk for 2 minutes until thickened.
    • Pour over the cream cheese layer and smooth evenly.
  4. Assemble & Chill:
    • Spread remaining 2 cups Cool Whip over the pudding.
    • Sprinkle with chopped pecans and drizzle with chocolate syrup (if using).
    • Refrigerate at least 2 hours (or overnight) before serving.
