Instructions
- Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix flour, butter, brown sugar, and pecans until crumbly. Press evenly into the dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes until golden. Cool completely.
- Make the Cream Cheese Layer:
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup Cool Whip.
- Spread over the cooled crust.
- Prepare the Pudding Layer:
- Whisk both pudding mixes with milk for 2 minutes until thickened.
- Pour over the cream cheese layer and smooth evenly.
- Assemble & Chill:
- Spread remaining 2 cups Cool Whip over the pudding.
- Sprinkle with chopped pecans and drizzle with chocolate syrup (if using).
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours (or overnight) before serving.
