Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a bundt pan and coat bottom with caramel sauce.
Prepare chocolate cake batter as directed and pour into the pan.
Blend flan ingredients until smooth, gently pour over cake batter.
Cover with foil, place in a water bath, and bake for 50–60 minutes.
Cool completely, then invert to serve. The layers magically flip during baking—rich, creamy flan on top of moist chocolate cake!
