Take a spoonful of dough and roll it into a ball (about 1-2 inches in size).

Optional: Flatten the dough in your palm, place a mozzarella cube in the center, then reshape into a ball.
3️⃣ Breading:

Roll each ball in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
4️⃣ Fry to Perfection:

Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.

Fry the rice balls in batches until golden brown (about 2-3 minutes).

Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
