Sear Steak: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Cook steak until browned (2–3 min/side). Season with salt and pepper. Remove and set aside.

Sauté Veggies: In the same skillet, cook bell pepper, onion, and garlic until soft (5–7 min).

Make Sauce: Reduce heat to medium. Add beef broth, cream, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer, then gradually stir in provolone until smooth.

Combine: Return steak and tortellini to the skillet, tossing to coat in sauce.
