Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 356°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the cauliflower: Remove the leaves and trim the stem of the cauliflower. Slice it into 1-inch thick “steaks,” ensuring they hold together.
- Season the steaks: Place the cauliflower steaks on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over both sides, then season generously with salt, black pepper, sweet paprika, and garlic powder.
- Add Parmesan: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top of each cauliflower steak.
- Bake: Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and the edges begin to turn golden brown.
- Add mozzarella: Remove the steaks from the oven and sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish and serve: Once out of the oven, garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve warm and enjoy!
