- ½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 tbsp fresh tarragon (or 1 tbsp dried tarragon)
Condiments:
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Baking & Spices:
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Oils & Vinegars:
- 1½ tbsp vegetable oil
Dairy:
- ½ tbsp butter
