Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Mixture:
    In a large mixing bowl, combine the steamed and chopped broccoli, grated cheddar cheese, low-carb breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  2. Shape the Patties:
    Take a small handful of the broccoli mixture and shape it into a patty using your hands. Ensure the patty holds together firmly. Repeat with the remaining mixture to form additional patties.
  3. Cook the Patties:
    Heat a small amount of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Carefully place the patties in the skillet, leaving some space between them. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Drain Excess Oil:
