Baked Turkey Sliders

Instructions:

  1. Assemble the sliders:
    • Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
    • Slice the rolls in half (if not pre-sliced) and place the bottoms on the baking sheet.
    • Layer turkey and cheese evenly on the bottom halves, then replace the tops.
  2. Make the sauce:
    • In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
    • Stir in brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, dried mustard, and poppy seeds.
    • Bring to a gentle boil, then remove from heat.
  3. Pour & marinate (optional but recommended for best flavor):
    • Drizzle the warm sauce evenly over the sliders.
    • Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight (or at least 1 hour if short on time).
  4. Bake:
    • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • Bake covered for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake 5 more minutes until golden and bubbly.
  5. Serve warm & enjoy!
    • Slice into individual sliders and serve.

Tip: For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of garlic powder or onion powder to the sauce!
