- Cook Spaghetti: Boil in salted water with oil until al dente. Drain.
- Make Meat Sauce: Cook bacon until crispy. Sauté onion and garlic in bacon fat, add beef, season, stir in tomato sauce and bacon, simmer.
- Make Béchamel Sauce: Melt butter, whisk in flour, gradually add milk, cook until thickened, season.
- Assemble & Bake: Preheat oven to 180°C (355°F). In a greased dish, layer half the spaghetti, meat sauce, and béchamel. Repeat. Top with mozzarella. Bake for 30 minutes until golden.
