Instructions:
- Preheat & Prep:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Wrap the Scallops:
- Wrap each scallop with a half-slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Arrange them in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Make the Glaze:
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Coat & Bake:
- Brush each bacon-wrapped scallop generously with the butter mixture.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the scallops are opaque and tender.
- Serve:
- Remove toothpicks before serving.
- Garnish with extra parsley if desired.
- Enjoy immediately while hot!
