Bacon-Wrapped Scallops

Instructions:

  1. Preheat & Prep:
    • Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. Wrap the Scallops:
    • Wrap each scallop with a half-slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
    • Arrange them in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  3. Make the Glaze:
    • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Coat & Bake:
    • Brush each bacon-wrapped scallop generously with the butter mixture.
    • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the scallops are opaque and tender.
  5. Serve:
    • Remove toothpicks before serving.
    • Garnish with extra parsley if desired.
    • Enjoy immediately while hot!
