Bacon Jalapeño Mac n’ Cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta until slightly firm, drain & set aside.
  2. Mix Panko, parmesan & melted butter, set aside.
  3. Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy, then drain.
  4. Sauté jalapeños in bacon fat, add butter, then whisk in flour.
  5. Slowly add half & half, stir until smooth.
  6. Turn off heat, stir in cheeses & bacon.
  7. Mix in cooked pasta, season with salt & pepper.
  8. Pour into baking dish, top with mozzarella & Panko mix.
  9. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes until golden.
  10. Let rest 10 minutes, then serve!
