Instructions
- Cook pasta until slightly firm, drain & set aside.
- Mix Panko, parmesan & melted butter, set aside.
- Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy, then drain.
- Sauté jalapeños in bacon fat, add butter, then whisk in flour.
- Slowly add half & half, stir until smooth.
- Turn off heat, stir in cheeses & bacon.
- Mix in cooked pasta, season with salt & pepper.
- Pour into baking dish, top with mozzarella & Panko mix.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes until golden.
- Let rest 10 minutes, then serve!
