Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare chicken – Cut a pocket into each chicken breast, season inside & out.
  3. Stuff chicken – Place 3–4 asparagus spears & ¼ cup mozzarella inside each pocket, secure with toothpicks.
  4. Sear chicken – Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Bake chicken – Add butter, garlic, & red pepper flakes, melt, spoon over chicken, bake 15–20 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Finishing touches – Remove from oven, drizzle lemon juice, garnish with parsley, let rest 5 minutes.
