Directions:
- Prepare the Pickles:
- Slice the pickles lengthwise, leaving about ½ inch at the bottom intact so they stay connected.
- Use a spoon to gently scoop out the seeds and some of the flesh to create a hollow center.
- Make the Filling:
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, shredded cheddar, and bacon bits until well combined.
- Stuff the Pickles:
- Spoon or pipe the cream cheese mixture into the hollowed-out pickles, pressing gently to fill completely.
- Air Fry:
- Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (190°C).
- Place the stuffed pickles in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between them.
- Air fry for 6–8 minutes, or until the filling is slightly golden and the pickles are heated through.
- Serve:
- Let cool for a minute before serving—they’ll be hot! Enjoy as a crispy, tangy, and savory snack.
Optional: Serve with extra ranch or spicy mayo for dipping.
