Directions:

  1. Prepare the Pickles:
    • Slice the pickles lengthwise, leaving about ½ inch at the bottom intact so they stay connected.
    • Use a spoon to gently scoop out the seeds and some of the flesh to create a hollow center.
  2. Make the Filling:
    • In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, shredded cheddar, and bacon bits until well combined.
  3. Stuff the Pickles:
    • Spoon or pipe the cream cheese mixture into the hollowed-out pickles, pressing gently to fill completely.
  4. Air Fry:
    • Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (190°C).
    • Place the stuffed pickles in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between them.
    • Air fry for 6–8 minutes, or until the filling is slightly golden and the pickles are heated through.
  5. Serve:
    • Let cool for a minute before serving—they’ll be hot! Enjoy as a crispy, tangy, and savory snack.

Optional: Serve with extra ranch or spicy mayo for dipping.
