Stack Layers:

  • pineapple rings (fresh or grilled)

  • 2 cups shredded purple cabbage & carrot slaw

  • avocado, sliced

  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped

  • Sriracha mayo (mix 2 tbsp mayo + 1 tsp sriracha)

For Serving:

  • Steamed rice or Hawaiian sweet rolls


Instructions

1️⃣ Marinate & Grill Chicken

  1. Whisk all Huli Huli sauce ingredients in a bowl. Reserve ¼ cup for basting.

  2. Marinate chicken in remaining sauce for 30 mins (or overnight for deeper flavor).

  3. Grill chicken on medium-high for 5-6 mins per side, basting frequently, until caramelized and cooked through.
