- 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
For the chocolate filling:
- 200g (7 oz) dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher), chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream or coconut cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for a sweeter taste)
For the topping:
- Fresh blackberries
- Seedless grapes, halved if large
- Pomegranate arils
- Fresh mint leaves
- Sprigs of rosemary (optional, for decoration)
- Chia seeds (optional, for garnish)
