  • 200g (7 oz) dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher), chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream or coconut cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for a sweeter taste)

For the topping:

  • Fresh blackberries
  • Seedless grapes, halved if large
  • Pomegranate arils
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Sprigs of rosemary (optional, for decoration)
  • Chia seeds (optional, for garnish)
