For the Frosting:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk or heavy cream
1 tablespoon pistachio paste or 1/2 teaspoon extract Almonds
A few drops of green food coloring (optional)
For the Topping:
1 1/2 cups chopped or whole pistachios
