– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
– 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

For the Coating:
– 12 oz white chocolate, melted
– 1/4 cup crushed dried cranberries
– Optional: Red food coloring
