This crispy, cheesy comfort dish is a perfect family-friendly meal, combining tater tots, ground beef or turkey, and broccoli in a rich, creamy sauce.
Ingredients (Serves 6)
- 32 oz frozen tater tots
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups chopped broccoli
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook meat – Brown ground beef or turkey in a skillet, drain excess fat.
- Mix sauce – Stir in cream soup, mix well.
- Add broccoli – Combine into meat mixture, season with salt & pepper.
- Assemble – Spread mixture into a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Layer toppings – Sprinkle cheddar cheese, then arrange tater tots on top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden & crispy.
- Cool slightly & serve warm.
