Apple Cinnamon Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

Two whole eggs, at room temperature

1/2 cup (or 3.5 oz) is 100 grams. 3.5 ounces (100 grams) of sugar butter, once melted

Things to Keep Dry:

320–340 grams of ordinary flour, measured in 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 cups; 14 grams, or 3 teaspoons, added gradually cake flour

Slightly salty Ingredients:

2 apples, sliced and without core

Cinnamon, if desired, for finishing

When it comes to dusting:

Sugar for icing
