5-Minute Apple Banana Oatmeal Breakfast

  • 1 cup oatmeal (quick oats or old-fashioned)

  • 2 tbsp ricotta cheese

  • 1 large egg

  • 50 ml water (or milk of choice)

  • A splash of vanilla extract or vanillin

  • Stevia or sweetener of choice, to taste

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil (plus extra for cooking)

  • 2 apples, peeled and diced

  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
