  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:

  • 8 oz (225g) pasta (rotini, penne, or fettuccine)

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper
