  • 4 cups water (for blanching)

  • 1 tbsp kosher salt

  • 1 cup white vinegar

  • 1 cup water (for brine)

  • 2/3 cup white sugar

  • 1 tbsp celery seed

  • 1 tbsp mustard seed

  • 1/3 tsp turmeric
