Ingredients:

  • Protein:

    • 300g prawns/shrimp (peeled & deveined)

    • 2–3 chicken eggs (whites only)

  • Aromatics & Veggies:

    • 1 ear corn (cut into chunks)

    • 3 cloves garlic, minced

    • 1–2 chilies, minced (adjust to taste)

    • 1 tbsp ginger (for steaming)

  • Sauce:

    • 3 tbsp soy sauce

    • 2 tbsp fish sauce

    • 1 tbsp chili oil (or sesame oil for mild heat)

    • 1 tbsp vinegar (rice or apple cider)

    • 1 tbsp sugar

    • ½ tsp salt

    • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

    • 1 tbsp chili powder (optional)

  • Extras:

    • 1 tbsp cooking wine (for steaming shrimp)
