Layered chocolate cake with creamy filling and ganache

Ingredients

For the Chocolate Cake:

  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar

  • ¾ tsp sugar-free cocoa powder

  • 2 tsp instant coffee granules

  • ½ tsp baking soda (or coffee-infused baking soda if preferred)

  • ½ cup strong brewed coffee (or ½ cup sweetened coffee)

  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter, room temperature

  • ½ tbsp vegetable oil

  • 2 large eggs

For the Creamy Filling:

  • ½ cup heavy cream

  • 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened

  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

For the Ganache:

  • ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 2 tbsp heavy cream

  • 1 tsp butter
