Instructions

Step 1: Make the Dough

✔ In a large bowl, mix sour cream & Bisquick using a fork. ✔ Pour in 7-Up, stir until dough forms.

Step 2: Shape the Biscuits

✔ Sprinkle Bisquick onto a board, turn out the dough. ✔ Roll into a 1-inch thick layer, then cut into circles using a biscuit cutter or cup.

Step 3: Bake & Serve

Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). ✔ Melt butter in a cast iron skillet or baking dish. ✔ Place biscuits in a single layer, bake 8–10 minutes until golden brown & fluffy. ✔ Let sit for 5 minutes to absorb butter, then serve warm!

Tips & Variations

Use a mason jar lid if you don’t have a biscuit cutter. ✔ Diet soda won’t work—you need sugar for texture! ✔ Freeze before baking for quick future biscuits—just bake straight from frozen!
