3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Oreo Cookie Balls

Directions:

  1. Crush the Oreos:

    • Place the Oreos in a food processor and pulse until finely ground into crumbs.

    • No food processor? Add Oreos to a sealed Ziploc bag and crush with a rolling pin.

  2. Mix with Peanut Butter:

    • In a large bowl, combine the crushed Oreos and peanut butter.

    • Stir until fully incorporated, forming a thick, dough-like consistency.

  3. Shape the Balls:

    • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.

    • Chill in the freezer for 15–20 minutes to firm up.

  4. Melt the Chocolate:

    • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

  5. Coat the Balls:

    • Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring full coverage.

    • Return to the tray and let set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.

  6. Serve & Enjoy!

    • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
