
Instructions
Step 1: Prep Your Foil Pack
Preheat oven to 400°F (or prep your grill to medium-high heat).
Lay out two large sheets of heavy-duty foil.
Step 2: Season the Steak & Shrimp
In a bowl, toss steak bites and shrimp with butter, garlic, paprika, onion powder, lemon pepper, salt, and black pepper.
Divide evenly between both foil sheets.
Step 3: Load the Smashed Potatoes
Slightly mash the boiled potatoes with a fork.
Top with a dab of butter, a sprinkle of salt, cheddar cheese, and bacon bits.
Add next to the steak and shrimp in the foil.
Brush corn halves with melted butter.
Sprinkle with garlic powder, parsley, and black pepper.
Place in foil with the rest.
Fold foil packs tightly, sealing all sides.
Bake at 400°F for 20–25 mins or grill for 15–20 mins until steak is tender and shrimp is pink.
Chef Tips:
Add Cajun seasoning for a spicier kick!
Drizzle extra garlic butter on top before serving for that oozy richness 
Use pre-cooked bacon to save time.
