How to Make It:
Prep the Filling
Chop meatballs (if using).
Heat in skillet with marinara + seasoning until bubbly.
Add salt & pepper to taste.
Build Your Melt
Brush one side of each bread slice with garlic butter.
On the unbuttered side, layer:
Meatball mix
Cheese blend
Top with second slice (buttered side out)
Grill It Up
Heat skillet or panini press.
Grill 3–4 min per side until golden & melty.
Tip: Press gently with spatula for crispy edges!
Serve & Enjoy
Cut diagonally, garnish with herbs
