🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prep the Oven & Baking Dish

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Lightly grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Make the Stuffing

  • In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayo, Parmesan, mozzarella, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until smooth.

  • Gently fold in shrimp, crab meat, bell pepper, celery (if using), green onions, Old Bay, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

3️⃣ Prepare the Salmon

  • Butterfly the salmon (slice horizontally without cutting all the way through, then open like a book).

  • Season both sides lightly with salt, pepper, and paprika.

  • Place in the baking dish, skin-side down.

4️⃣ Stuff & Secure

  • Spoon the seafood mixture onto one half of the salmon.

  • Fold the other half over (like a sandwich) or tuck both sides toward the center if fully opened.

  • (Optional: Secure with kitchen twine or toothpicks if needed.)

  • Brush the top with olive oil or melted butter for a golden finish.

5️⃣ Bake

  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

  • (Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for extra crispiness.)

6️⃣ Serve

  • Garnish with extra chives, lemon wedges, or a drizzle of garlic butter.

🍽️ Serving Suggestions

  • Pair with garlic mashed potatoes, roasted asparagus, lemon rice, or a fresh salad.

  • A crisp Chardonnay or Sauvignon Blanc complements the dish beautifully.
