Instructions
1️⃣ Prep & Season
- Boil potatoes & corn: In a large pot, boil potatoes for 10 mins, then add corn and cook for 5 more mins. Drain and set aside.
- Steam broccoli (optional): Blanch in boiling water for 2 mins, then shock in ice water to keep bright green.
- Hard-boil eggs (if using): Cook for 10 mins, cool, peel, and halve.
- Season seafood: Toss shrimp and scallops with 1 tbsp melted butter, Old Bay, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2️⃣ Cook the Seafood & Sausages
- Grill or broil lobster: Brush lobster halves with butter, season, and broil for 6-8 mins until opaque.
- Sear scallops: In a hot skillet, cook scallops for 2 mins per side until golden.
- Cook shrimp: Sauté in butter for 2-3 mins per side until pink.
- Brown sausages: Slice and pan-fry until crispy.
3️⃣ Assemble the Tray
- On a large serving tray, arrange:
- Lobster halves in the center
- Shrimp, scallops, and sausages around
- Corn, potatoes, broccoli, and eggs
- Drizzle with remaining melted butter and sprinkle with extra seasoning.
- Garnish with lemon slices & fresh parsley.
4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy!
- Serve with drawn butter, cocktail sauce, or hot sauce.
- Best enjoyed immediately while hot!
