Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven: 350°F (175°C)
2. Cook the Shrimp:
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium.
Add garlic + shrimp, stir until shrimp turn pink & cooked through.
3. Mix the Filling:
Remove from heat, stir in mayo, Parmesan, and mozzarella.
Creamy, cheesy, and packed with flavor!
4. Prep the Salmon:
Place salmon fillets on a parchment-lined sheet.
Slice each fillet to form a pocket.
5. Stuff It Good:
Spoon in the shrimp-cheese mixture.
Save a little for topping later.
Sprinkle salt & pepper on top.
6. Bake It: Bake for 20 min until salmon is tender and cooked through.
7. Broil for Glory:
Top with the remaining filling. Broil 5 more minutes until golden, bubbly & irresistible.
8. Serve & Impress:
Garnish if you like.
Serve hot. Watch jaws drop.

Use jumbo shrimp for extra bite.
